• • <br />4 2 r <br />EXHIBITB <br />HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT <br />Brent and Kathryn Bentrott, 1453 Park Drive, shall indemnify and hold harmless the City, the City <br />Council, and the agents and employees of the City from and against all claims, damages, losses or <br />expenses, including attorney fees, which the City, City Council and agents and employees of the <br />City may suffer to for which it may be held liable, arising debts or obligations in consequence of his <br />performance of the following improvements: <br />Retaining walls and driveway in Bluff Street. <br />Driveway and curbs in Park Drive. <br />No permanent easement, or property rights are being granted by the City of Orono as a result of <br />these improvements being located on the City right-of-way.
