§ 10.45 <br />Subd. 5. Accessory Uses. Within any "B-6" Highway Business District, the following <br />uses shall be permitted accessory uses: <br />A. Any accessory use as regulated in the "B-1" Business District. <br />Subd. 6. Area, Height, Lot Width, Setback Requirements and Design Requirements. <br />The following minimum requirements shall be observed subject to additional requirements and <br />exceptions contained in Section 10.52 of this Title. <br />A. Lot Area: • •two acres <br />B. Lot Width:100 ft. <br />C. Setback - Principal Structure: <br />Front 30 (35) ft. <br />Side Interior 10(35) ft. <br />Side Street 30 (35) ft. <br />Rear 30 (35) ft. <br />D. Setback - Accessory Structure <br />Front 30 (35) ft. <br />Side Interior 10(35) ft. <br />Side Street 30 (35) ft. <br />Rear 30 (35) ft. <br />E. Setback - Parking <br />Front 15 (20) ft. <br />Side Interior 5 (10) ft. <br />Street Side 10 (15) ft. <br />Rear 10 (10) ft. <br />• f <br />I <br />• i <br />! <br />Setbacks in parentheses apply adjacent to all residential districts. <br />*30 (35) feet or 1 1/2 times the building height whichever is greater in <br />determining front setbacks for principal and accessory structure only. <br />F. Drainage. No land shall be developed and no use shall be permitted that <br />results in water runoff causing floods, erosion, or deposits on adjacent properties. Site and drainage <br />plans shall be submitted by the applicant in such detail as required by the Council and those plans <br />shall be reviewed by the City Engineer before submission to the Planning Commission and Council <br />ORONO CC 351-2 (Sec. 10.45: 5-8-89)
