§ 10.44 <br />Subd. 2. Application. All applications for a building permit in any "B-5" Limited <br />Neighborhood Business District shall be reviewed by the Council and referred to the Planning <br />Commission for review. <br />Subd. 3. Permitted Uses. Within any "B-5” Business District, no structure or land <br />shall be used except for one of the following uses or uses deemed similar by the Council: <br />A. <br />B. <br />C. <br />D. <br />E. <br />F. <br />G. <br />H. <br />I. <br />J. <br />K. <br />L. <br />M. <br />N. <br />O. <br />P. <br />Q. <br />R. <br />S. <br />T. <br />U. <br />V. <br />W. <br />Municipal buildings. <br />Offices. <br />Clinics. <br />Art and school supply store. <br />Book and magazine store. <br />Office supply store. <br />Banks, loan company, insurance company, real estate office. <br />Barbership, beauty shop. <br />Camera and photograph supply store. <br />Locksmith. <br />Hobby shop. <br />Gift store. <br />Glassware and pottery. <br />Antique store. <br />Jewelry store. <br />Watch repair. <br />Library. <br />Museum. <br />Record shop. <br />Music store. <br />Tobacco shop. <br />Galleries. <br />Pet shop. <br />Subd. 4. Conditional Use. <br />A. Within any "B-S" Limited Business District, no structure or land shall be <br />used for one of the following uses except by conditional use permit: <br />1.
