Include fire stations because used for bicycle <br />registration and school field trips. Include missions because rehabilitative <br />for problem populations. <br />3. Distance between adult uses (because negative impacts can go 3 blocks <br />away): <br />Downtown: 1320 (compared to current 300) <br />Outside downtown: 2640 (compared to current 1320) <br />4. Distance from residential zones: <br />Downtown: 800 (compared to current 200) <br />Outside downtown: 400 (compared to current 100) <br />5. Distance from protected uses: <br />Downtown: 200 (cf. current 100 which applies only to residential) <br />Outside downtown: 400 (cf. no protected uses) <br />6. Limit to one type of adult use per building. <br />To avoid concentrations which cause greater negative Impacts.
