6. <br />7. <br />more than one SOB in close proximity to another SOB (concentration). <br />The adverse impacts appear to lessen as the distance from the SOB <br />increases (proximity). <br />The larger the establishment, the greater the potential and magnitude <br />of adverse impacts, if more than one kind of SOB activity is located in <br />one building, the adverse impacts are likely to increase, with the same <br />kind of effects as multiple SOB enterprises. <br />Because of the secondary effects identified by these studies in cities <br />similar to the task force cities, it is reasonable to impose narrowly <br />tailored locational and operational restrictions on SOBs in the task force <br />cities.
