CITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> *514 <br /> No.7350 <br /> kFSH0 '� <br /> A RESOLUTION TO CREATE THE POLICE CAPITAL FUND <br /> WHEREAS,the police service contacts with Minnetonka Beach and Spring Park refer to <br /> retaining unspent budgeted funds into a Police CIP; and <br /> WHEREAS,the funds have been being transferred to the Permanent Improvement <br /> Revolving(PIR)Fund; and <br /> WHEREAS,the PIR fund is designed to provide temporary funding for projects that do <br /> not have a permanent funding source which varies from the concept of retained funds, and; <br /> WHEREAS,the PIR through 12/31/2022 has retained funds in the amount of$430,859; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Police Capital Fund be created <br /> through a transfer of$430,859 from the PIR fund. <br /> ADOPTED this p21 day of March , 3, by the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono. <br /> CITY OF ORONO <br /> By: I ' red,, <br /> Dennis alsh, Mayor <br /> TTEST: <br /> Anna Carlson, City Clerk <br />
