It is the intent of the applicants to gain an additional 17’ of frontage along Orono <br />Orchard Road to allow for an addition of living space to the home. The lot^e rearrangement would <br />involve a land swap of approximately 2,500 s.f. of land from each property to the other. Please refer <br />to the enclosed survey illustrating the existing and proposed lot arrangement. <br />Both properties are part of the Orono Orchard sewer expansion this year.
