1 <br />§ 10.20 <br />F. Recreation Areas. Guest Houses & Non-rental Guest Apartments. <br />• • •1) Guest Houses. A separate dwelling constructed on an existmg <br />undivided lot for the sole use of the occupants of the principal buildings, including their domestic <br />employees or their non-paying guests. All regular lot requirements shall be met by the guest house. <br />Source: Ordinance 29,2nd Series <br />Adopted: 2-23-87 <br />2) Non-rental Guest Apartments. An apartment within the principal <br />residence structure on a lot for the sole use of the occupants of the principal residence, including <br />their domestic employees or non-paying guests. There shall be at least one access door to the <br />apartment from within the principal structure, and such door shall be the primary access to the <br />apartment. Application for such a guest apartment shall address the concerns of paring, sewage <br />treatment, entiyway and interior access method. Planned Residential Development. Limited to detached single family <br />dwellings only and subject to the limitations of Section 10.32. <br />I. Duplex Credit.
