TO REINFORCE ORONO'S ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION COMMITMENT.. <br />2. TO MAINTAIN THE HISTORIC IDENTITY AND CHARACTER OF THE SEPARATE <br />URBAN AND RURAL NEIGHBORHOODS. <br />3. <br />ACTIVITIES. <br />4.TO PROTECT NEIGHBORHOODS FROM ENCROACHMENT OF INCOMPATIBLE LAND USES. <br />5.
