All required submittals are enclosed or have already been submitted <br />during the permitting process or in the replatting process. <br />In addition to the rezoning. Spring Hill has been instructed to amend our conditional use permit for a <br />misunderstanding that the e.xisting cottage as shown on plan will be used as a security/caretaker cottage. Spring <br />Hill Golf Club had always planned to reuse the cottage is some manner.
