Access <br />The 540 Orono Orchard Road lot has access from the alley only. The property owners have stated <br />they have no intention of changing access to their property. The alley is maintained and plowed by <br />the City of Orono. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />• Staff is recommending the requests be tabled until an access agreement is established by all <br />affected property owners, and the applicant agree to waiving the 60 day review period to <br />allow additional time to resolve the many issues with the proposal. <br />I have had several recent conversations with the Larsons.
