The septic sites for Lot 5 may require <br />a variance from the 75' setback from the NURP pond. <br />Tliis application will also require the dedication of right-of-way for Brown Road <br />South and Willow Drive South. The subdivision is also subject to drainage, flowage <br />and conservation easements for the wetlands.
