Subdivider to grant underlying road and utility easements over <br />private road outlots (Outlots A and D). <br />4. Outlet A shall be installed as a 28' roadway with curb (urban <br />section). Temporary cul-de-sac shall be designated at a 100' diameter <br />with actual traveled turnaround at an 80' diameter. <br />5. Subdivider to grant conservation and flowage easements over all <br />W3tland/flood plain areas defined at or below the 970 elevation.
