i\STAFF RECOMMENDATIONStaff is recommending approval ot tnc lot line rearrangement to create two parcels (Lots 3-4- 5, Pleasant View and Lots 6-7-8, Pleasant View) subject to the following conditions:1. The existing cabin at 660 Big Island be removed along with the deck and stairwayto include sidewalks and removal of the shed within the side yard setback of 30 feet.TWs being completed prior to the filing of the subdivision of a lot line rearrangement with Hennepin County.2. All existing easements for septic and well use across other properties be vacated. <br />3.
