STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />The Planning Commission should discuss the following: <br />1. Proposed access for Lot 1 via King Street. <br />2. Lot 2 access and status as through lot. <br />3.Lot 4 lot area at 1.8 acres. <br />4. Tax-forfeited "exception" parcel. <br />The Planning Commission shall study the sketch plan and take into consideration the location, <br />arrangement, lot size, and the further development of adjoining lots.
