Wa>'zata Bivd. as a <br />childcare/preschool. The building was previously a preschool, so it is set up to our qrecifications. There <br />will be only minor aesthetic work. <br />We have applied for a license with the Department of Human ^rvices; we plan to be licensed for 45 <br />childrcA. We plan to have 12 employees, working different shifts. <br />We intend to leave the parking lot as it is. The front spaces will be used as drop off/pick up parking, as <br />well as a fire lane. We will be using the fenced in space in the back of the building as a playground. <br />1 hope this letter provides you will all the information you need.
