Gamble. Ill and Qu;riro, Inc., a Minnesota coiporation, (hereinafter <br />"the subdividers"j; and <br />WHEREAS, on November 14, 1994. the City Council approved Resolution No. <br />-.495 approving the preliminary plat of two lots and the lot width variances based on “ <br />findings and hardships set forth in that resolution. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br />5. Dedicaiion on the plat of right-of-way for a publie road shown as Bayside Road <br />(County Ro.ad No. 84). <br />4.
