The City Clerk has indicated that at the time of subdivision in 1994, it was anticipated that access <br />would be from McCulley Road for this lot. Since the access is now proposed from Bayside Road, <br />the address should be changed. (See Exhibit 1). The possible addresses available are 4760,4780 or <br />4790 Bayside Road. A recommendation should be made to the City Council to change the address <br />to reflect access from Bayside Road. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />To approve the after-the-fact conditional use permit for land alteration subject to: <br />1. Review of the septic sites to ensure that they were not disturbed. <br />2. Determine an end date for the stockpile. <br />3. Change the address to a number on Bayside Road. <br />4.
