(See <br />Exhibit Dl). The proposed residence requires multiple variances for lot area, lot width, street yard <br />setback, structural coverage, hardcover in both setbacks, height, lakeshore setback and average <br />lakeshore setback. <br />The applicant is also proposing to change the grade in the lakeshore setback to allow for a walkout. <br />(See Exhibit E). The applicant is proposing to excavate and remove approximately 344 cubic yards <br />of soil.
