Currently, the lot does not contain a garage. A small 5' by 5 shed is <br />located on the street property line for storage on the lot The existing house is 20' by 36'. <br />This application requires the following variances: <br />1.Section 10.22, Subd. 2 and Section 10.56, Subd. 16 (L)(2): To allow 2,389.82 s.f. (51.1%) <br />of hardcover in the 75-250' lakeshore setback, where 719.45 s.f. (15.3%) exists and 1,169.5 <br />s.f. (25%) is allowed. <br />2.Section 10.03, Subd. 14 (C): To allow 1,649.7 s.f. (15.8%) structure, where 888.7 s.f. (8.5%) <br />exists and 1,564.5 s.f.
