MN 55323 <br />Re: Woodhouse site improvements <br />File No. 139-2447 <br />Dear Liz: <br />We have reviewed the preliminary grading plan for the proposed driveway iuid garage improvements <br />at the Kin Woodhouse properly. The site is located at 885 Ferndale Road in the southeast quarter <br />of Section 2. We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters. <br />•The overall plans appear acceptable from an engineering standpoint The proposed driveway <br />location will impact the floodplain (elevation 931) located west of the cxi.sling driveway. The <br />area and volume of the floodplain should be verified prior to construction. The driveway <br />relocation should result in no net los.s of floodplain capacity.
