November 14, 2000 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />Grading and Drainaee <br />The proposed grading plan shows the parking lot in the northwest comer of the site approximately 10 feet <br />higher than the adjoining property to the south. We recommend this part of the site be lowered at least 4 <br />feet. The retaining wall could then be eliminated and 4:1 slopes graded between the parking lot and the <br />adjoining property.
