FleischhacVer is the o--*Tier of Lots N ani K, and <br />Thomas Casey is the owner of Lots K and L; <br />All of the above said lots are part of Registered Land Survey <br />Ko. 415 of Hennepin County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, David Cook is the owner of Lot E, and <br />Ric'" Ogle is the o'wner of Lots B and D in Registered Land Survey <br />No. 411 of Hennepin County, Minnesota; and <br />v-r!E?JL^S, the above listed Lots S, R, O, N. K and E are used for <br />boat docks and th : o--fnnrs of said lots have easement rights ever the <br />above listed Lots T, Q, p, m, L, D and 3 for the purposes of ingress <br />and egress to the said lots used for boat docks. <br />NOW, THERSFOR.E, the parties agree as follows: <br />1.
