Lindquist moved, Hawn seconded, to recommend approval of Application #2619, Paul and Denise Aasen, 577 Park Lane, granting of variances to hardcover, lakeshore Setback, and average lakeshore setback to permit additions to the existing residence, with the understanding the structural coverage on the lot will not exceed what is currently existing on the property. Kluth stated he attended the August 28 City Council meeting where the open house to discuss the comprehensive plan was mentioned.
