This would amount to less than the <br />decrease being required. The patio is 810 s.f. and could be reduced. <br />There were no public comments. <br />Stoddard moved, Hawn seconded, to approve Application #2305 for lakeshore setback, <br />Juidcover variance in 0-75' setback, subject to revised Staff recommendation including a <br />41* lakeshore setback variance for structure to remain at 34 ftom the OHW, hardcover <br />variance for a maximum of 4415 s.f. in the 0-75* setback, and plastic under landscaping <br />ved in the 6-75* setback. The reduction in hardcover in the 0-75* setback wiU bemo <br />decided by applicant subject to staff approval.
