225 Tonka Ave <br />Orono, MN 55356 <br />Name of Applicant and Owner <br />Marlys Rae McCarty Single <br />Description of Request <br />Relocation or vacation of current easement, for potential use of utilities. <br />I am requesting that the current utility easement, for potential use of utilities, <br />15 feet wide, over a vacated road, to be moved to the south edge of the <br />property line or vacated completely. <br />In reviewing the sewer layout and ordinances regarding subdividing it does <br />not appear that an easement is needed in anyway. The current location of <br />this easement is a huge obstacle and deterrant in plans to improve my <br />property. I purchased an adjacent tax forfeited property and the two <br />properties have been combined. The easement cuts through the middle of <br />the newly acquired property and inhibits options for building a new garage. <br />B <br />1 <br />J
