Request for Council Action continued <br />Page 2 <br />July 19,2000 <br />Narrows Saloon_______________ <br />If the Council permits the Narrows Saloon to proceed with the remodeling and expansion the owner <br />shall provide a letter to the City of Orono stating the continued remodeling is at the owners risk since <br />a conditional use permit is required for the building expansion and live entertainment. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to permit continued remodeling of the Narrows Saloon prior to the August 21 st CUP review <br />and prior to issuance of the CUP.
