Any other conditions the Planning Commission requires of the live entertainment use of the <br />property. <br />Planning Commission Options for Action: <br />t. Recommend approval of the preliminary plat and forward to the Council, with conditions. <br />2. Recommend denial, stating reasons. <br />3.
