m •* <br />City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2654_________ <br />H» . ..r; <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING STAFF <br />TO FILE THE FINAL PLAT OF <br />SUGAR HOODS <br />HHERBAS, the City Council has approved the final plat. <br />Sugar Hoods, on July 10, 1569 for Sidney Rebers and Barbara <br />Rebers, husband and wife, and Rebers Construction Company, a <br />Minnesota Corporation (hereinafter "the subdivider")? and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has fulfilled all of the <br />requirements of Resolution #2653 that granted approval of the <br />final plat and Planned Residential Development? and <br />WHEREAS, on July 10 , 1989 the Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby ordered a public improvement project calling for the <br />extension of municipal sewer and water lines to the property <br />within the Sugar Hoods plat. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of <br />the City of Orono hereby directs its staff to file a certified <br />original copy of this resolution, and executed copies of the <br />easements and covenants required with the approval of this plat <br />with the Registrar of Titles Office of Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held on the 10th day of July, <br />1989. <br />ATTEST: <br />^>!^othy ^ Hallin, City Clerk ds R.
