The previous owner were proposing to remove the existing house <br />and construct a new residence on the property^^he existing house was removed; however, the <br />new residence was not constructed on the lot. The present owner Is proposing to construct a new <br />residence on the lot that meets all setbacks in the RR-1 Zoning district.
