Variance Request: To permit a side yard setback of 11' where 30’ <br />is required. <br />Application Summary: The applicants are proposing to construct a 26' x 26' two-story garage <br />addition to the existing residence. The addition will consist of a two stall garage on the first floor <br />and a master bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. The proposed addition ties into the <br />existing first and second story floor plans with the bedrooms located on the south end of the <br />residence. The proposed garage addition will use the existing driveway. <br />The property is serviced with sewer and a private well. The locations of the sewer line and the well <br />were determinants in placement of the garage addition.
