WM <br />»• <br />'m <br />mm <br />Pitm> <br />City of OROIXO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2038__________ <br />A RBSOLDTION PERMITTING <br />A PRIVATE DOCK ON <br />PLATTED UNIMPROVED RIGHT-OP-WAY <br />BAY PLACE, BIG ISLAND <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono has received a request for a private <br />dock on platted unimproved right-of-way known as Bay Place on Big Island tc <br />serve as access to inland property; and <br />WHEREAS, as per Section 10.31, Subdivision 3 of the Orono Cit: <br />Code allows for the installation of a private dock on unimproved plattec <br />right-of-way on Big Island to serve as access for inland properties. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a private dock is permittee <br />on platted unimproved right-of-way known as Bay Place on Big Island t« <br />serve inland property to Lots 19 & 20, P.I.D. No. 23-117-23 23 0033, wit. <br />the following conditions; <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />The installation of the dock length not to exceed 100 feet <br />Setback from extended lot lines; <br />0-50 feet in length 10’ <br />51-100 feet in length 15' ^ <br />Dock sections not to exceed 6' in width <br />One boat per dock for residential use only (LMCD regulations) <br />The permittee agrees to maintain the area in a neat an <br />presentable manner at all times and agrees to hold^ the City harmless for <br />ever from any and all claims resulting from actions as a result of th <br />issuance of this permit, use of the right-of-way, or use of the dock whil <br />this permit is in force. <br />Should there be any other requests from inland property owners t <br />use this site for the installation of a dock to their properties, thi <br />permit is automatically revoked.
