The applicants should <br />also be asked for their testimony regarding this issue. <br />Staff Discussion; <br />The City engineer reviewed the grading and drainage plan, the comments are Exhibit F. The only <br />issue of real concern is the drainage runoff. Drainage calculations and a drainage area map <br />should be submitted for review to ensure the water is diverted to the street and into adjacent <br />neighbors yards. The other concern is the retaining wall.
