The project involves moving the new residence back out of the 0-75' <br />setback area to be more in alignment with adjacent properties. The application presented at the <br />February 14, 2000 Planning Commission meeting included a conditional use permit to allow <br />removing the “bulge”on the lakeside of the residence.
