The project involves moving the new residence back out of the 0-75' <br />setback area to be more in alignment with adjacent properties. The application presented at the <br />February 14, 2000 Planning Commission meeting included a conditional use permit to allow <br />removing the “bulge”on the lakeside of the residence. The grading and altering of the lakeside land <br />is no longer being proposed. <br />Tile applicants have made changes that eliminate the need for a hardcover variance in the 0-75' <br />setback area variance, lot coverage variance and conditional use permit, however they still require <br />a variance for hardcover in the 75-250' setback area. <br />U2486 Elaine Erickson <br />1270 Spruce Place <br />Variance <br />4/17/2000 <br />Page I
