This letter.is in response to your menorandum dated <br />June 11, 1984 regarding the property and the adjoining tracts. <br />Mr. Thirr.esh has been furnished a copy of the proposed agreement dated <br />May 31, 1984 to be signed by the five affected property owners. Kc is <br />willing to become a signatory to this agreement. <br />,er hand Mr. Thinnesh does net agree with the additional conditions <br />in your memorandum. In particular he objects to the discrimination <br />On the other <br />set forth in your memorandum., in pa _ <br />that would exist between resident ov.T.ers and non-resident owners, and to the <br />restrictions that would be imposed on the length of docks and the number and <br />size of boats. <br />Mr. Thimmesh is w-illing to abide by reasonable regulations that uni-ormly <br />applied. He therefore supports the conditions contained in the May 31 agree­ <br />ment, and he opposes the conditions contained in the June 11 memorandum. <br />We await your reply.
