Veterinary clinic. <br />8. Kennels. <br />9. Coffee or bagel retail stores, subject to the follot^ing <br />a. No more than 50% of the gross floor area of any single <br />building shall be devoted to coffee and/or bagel retail stores. <br />b. No individual coffee or bagel retail store use shall <br />exceed 2,000 s.f. of gross floor area.
