A2 and A3 <br />Summan' of Council Action: <br />The City Council reviewed the site plan for the proposed Snyder’s site in Navarre on April 10th. The <br />Council reviewed the proposal and provided direction to the applicant. The City Council addressed <br />the following issues; <br />1.Advised the applicant to reduce the size of the building to only accommodate the retail use <br />of the property. The applicants agreed to remove the 2nd story from the building eliminating <br />the clinic use in the structure. The benefit to the lot is a reduction in the total hardcover on <br />the property. Exterior parking spaces are reduced from 77 to 60 on the new site plan. <br />The Council advised the developer to increase the parking setback along Shadywood Road <br />as required by the Zoning Code. Site Plan # 1 would have required a variance as the proposed <br />setback was 15' where 20' is required. Site Plan #2 shows the parking setback 20’ from the <br />right of way.
