Th^revious owner were proposing to remove the existing house <br />and construct a new residence on the property^^he existing house was removed, however, the <br />new residence was not constructed on the lot. The present owner is proposing to construct a new <br />residence on the lot that meets all setbacks in the RR-1B zoning district. The Applicant would <br />\ <br />tike to renew the lot width variance on this property.
