ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MONDAY, NOVEMBER 15,1999 <br />(Other Issues, Continued) <br />City Council Representative Sansevere stated he would be In favor of scheduling a workshop to <br />the possibility of adopting some type of administrative approval for some of the applications <br />that appear before the Planning Commission. <br />Stoddard indicated he would like to discuss the concept of a consent agenda for the Planning <br />Commission. <br />(#15) PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR OCTOBER 18,1999 <br />Lindquist moved, Kluth seconded, to approve the minutes of the Regular Planning <br />Commission meeting of October 18,1999, as submitted. VOTE: Ayes 7, Nays 0. <br />(#13) REPORT OF PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES ATTENDING COUNCIL <br />MEETINGS ON OCTOBER 26,1999 AND NOVEMBER 8,1999 <br />Smith stated she attended the October 25,1999 City Council meeting, noting she had nothing to <br />report. <br />Kluth stated he attended the November 8.1999 Ctty Council meeting, noting that the Council did <br />adopt the Adult Use Ordinance. The City Council commended the Planning Commission on their <br />fine efforts regarding this ordinance. <br />(#16) SELECTION OF REPRESENTATIVES FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS ON <br />NOVEMBER 22,1999 AND DECEMBER 13,1999 <br />November 22.1999 - Stoddard December 13,1999 - Hawn <br />(#17) SELECTION OF WORK SESSION DATES IN DECEMBER TO DISCUSS AN AMENDMENT <br />TO THE SION ORDINANCE <br />Gaffron noted a work session has been scheduled for December 22,1999, to discuss an amendment <br />to the sign ordinance. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Berg moved.
