Variance <br />STATEMENT OF HARDSHIP <br />Applicant's hardship is included with Exhibit A. The applicant should also be asked for their <br />testimony regarding this issue. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the variances for lot area to create a buildable lot. <br />Staff is concerned about the total structure on the property as the City of Orono has been <br />consistent in requiring lots not to exceed 15% coverage. The total proposed coverage by the <br />applicant is 17.4%.
