Additionally, your permanent dock has been approved in
accordance with MN DNR General Permit 97-6098.
When construction has been completed, please contact this office to
schedule a dock inspecdon. If the size, location, or configuration of the
dock is changed in the future, a new permanent dock license application
would be required. A new permanent dock license is not required for
repair or replacement if it does not alter the size, type, location, or
configuration of the dock.
If you choose to deice around the dock, a separate deicing permit is
required annually.
Feel free to call me if you have questions regarding this matter,
Sincerely,
LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION DISTRICT
Rog^r L.
