Hoyt <br />2523 Kelly Avenue <br />Conditional Use Permit <br />Zoning District:LR-IB One Family Lakeshore Residential District (1 Acre) <br />Lot Area: (Eristing)53,170 s.f. <br />The City Council reviewed this application on December 13,2000 and recommended tabling the <br />conditional use permit request to allow the applicant an opportunity to amend the application to <br />include a request for variances. Staff provided a letter to the applicant at the City Council meeting <br />requesting additional information to proceed. A variance application is required for the conditional <br />use permit as the CUP cannot be granted when not in conformance with all provisions of the <br />Municipal Code. Again, the variances required are to permit structure and hardcover within 75' of <br />the OH'AO. (929.4’) of Lake Minnetonka. <br />The application deadline has been extended to February 26,2000.
