Want to see the language regarding City maintenance of the <br />ponds and berms along with demarcation of conservation easement on lots 2 and 3 with metal <br />posts with signs as stated in the letter from David Holman dated November 22,2000. <br />Want to see language before the meeting approving the final plat. We noticed in the resolution <br />approving the preliminary plat that certain items were suppose to be supplied to the City 14 days <br />prior to the meeting to approve the final plat. Even if this means approving this plat past the <br />December 18 “* meeting, we feel this should be done to keep the faith and confidence of the <br />citizens. <br />We anticipate the new 2001 Council will approve this plat and we will not initiate any type of <br />opposition to this plat assuming our concerns are satisfied. <br />i <br />I T- <br />Sincerely, <br />Gary and Sandra Welsh <br />I -
