WHEREAS, the City finds that one acre of commercial/industrial land has an impact <br />on the park system equivalent to that of 2,5 residential dwelling imits; and <br />WHEREAS, the equivalent minimum and maximum park dedication amounts for <br />commercial/industrial property would be 2.5 x $3,100=$7,750 per acre and 2.5 x $5,300 = $ 13,250 <br />per acre respectively. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono City Council does <br />hereby establish the minimum park dedication amount for commercial/industrial zoned land as <br />$7,750 per acre, and the maximum park dedication amount as $13,250 per acre. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held tius 1 8th day of December, 2000. <br />Gabriel Jabbour, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
