S700000072 P <br />June 23.\999 <br />City of Orono <br />FOBOX66 <br />Crystal Bay; MN 35323-0060 <br />Re: Spring Hill Golf Club <br />Oentlemtn and Ladies: <br />Based upon our on-site inspection of the trail conducted on the morning of <br />June 21,1999, we egreed to complete on or before July 22,1999 the following construction <br />items on the trail: <br />1.At the point where the trail going north on Tamaraclc meets the <br />maintenance road of the golf club, we will grade the slope to provide for a level <br />incline down to the maintenance road.' <br />2.We will move the present comer of the split-rail fence approximately <br />three feci to the northeast where it turns north from northwesterly near &e west end of <br />Spring I£1I Road in order to round the comer and to create afour-foot trail space <br />betww the fence and the existing trees. <br />3.We will place a plastic pipe of a size reasonably acceptable to the City <br />benet^ tfie trail surface at the easterly end of the interior trail where it crosses the <br />ditch on the north side of Spring Hill Road. <br />This letter constitutes our undertaking to perform the above tasks which we <br />view in the nature of a **punch-list** with respoet to the completion of the trail. <br />Agraament. <br />Other items we discussed will be contained in the body of the Trail Easement <br />Very truly yours, <br />HILL GOLF CLUB <br />Its: <br />TMC/cfk <br />M1:S104S3.03 <br />t <br />1 <br />. <br />%
