His <br />feeling is that there should be a meeting and Crosby could prepare some modificatioii to the <br />document based on tonights discussion. <br />Crosby asked if there were any other specific concerns. <br />Jabbour asked if the li^t on the equipment shed had been fixed. <br />Gappa said there was some concern about the li^t spillage from the maintenance shed. <br />Crosby reviewed the issues with the trail. <br />Flint moved, Kelly seconded, a motion to table the Plat of Spring Hill Golf Club File No. <br />2480. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />(#10) #2484 WOODHELL COUNTRY CLUB, 200 WOODHILL ROAD - CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT - RESOLUTION NO. 4305 <br />Kelley removed himself for this item. <br />Jabbour said a revised resolution has been drafted for the Conditional Use Permit. The resolution <br />must be reviewed to see if it reflects the understanding reached on May 24. <br />Bruce Malkerson, 901 Marquette, referred to page 6 of the revised resolution, paragraph 7. He <br />asked that the words “and they shall be completed before opening of the access” be added to the <br />first sentence. Under 7.B., the 10 MPH speed limit signs should also be on Woodhill Avenue. <br />Under 7.D,. he said they understood there would be two sets of speed bumps on Woodhill <br />Avenue. The way the language is drafted, speed bumps do not have to be installed.
