Although not directly regulated by city ccxle (Type 1 wetlands), the <br />filling or draining of wetlands is regulated by the Wetland Conscrv'alion Act as administered by the <br />Minnehaha Ctcek Watershed District and the discharge of dredge or fill material into wetlands is <br />regulated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
