A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING <br />GIFT OF REAL ESTATE <br />WHEREAS, Kingsbridge Properties, Inc. has offered to donate Outlets B and C, <br />Crystal Creek CIC No. 827 to the City of Orono (hereinafter "the City”); and <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City’s ownership of this property will provide a significant public benefit; <br />WHEREAS, the City appreciates the benevolent spirit of the donor and believes that it <br />would be in the best interests of the residents of the City of Orono to accept the donation; and <br />t , <br />WHEREAS, a substantial portion of the northe*ly part of this property will be acquired by <br />Mn/DOT as right-of-way fo- Trunk Highway 12 upgrade project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota that it accepts the donation of the Outlets B and C, Crystal Creek CIC No. 827, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota; and does also hereby express its sincere appreciation to Mr. Alan Carlson and <br />Kingsbridge Properties, Inc, for the outstanding generosity exemplified in the donation. <br />Adopted by the City of Orono on this 27th day of November, 2000. <br />Vi,.-* <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
