To permit a 21’ 5" x 1 T 5" accessory stmeture closer to the street lot line than the residence. <br />Application Summary: <br />The applicant has requested a variance to permit the construction of an 2T 5"' x 1T 5” (246 s.f.) <br />accessory structure between the principal structure and the front property line. The south lot line is <br />considered the front lot line by Orono code. The accessory structure is proposed to be a tennis court <br />pavilion. The pavilion will be located 135’ from the front property line where the residence is <br />located 285'. 'Hie proposed location for the accessory structure is adjacent to the existing tennis <br />court. <br />In October, 2000, the Building Official granted a permit to construct the foundation of the pavilion <br />w ith the understanding the variance application for the accessory structure may not be approved. <br />(Exhibit E). <br />The on-site septic inspector did review this application regarding the septic system. The primary <br />septic system was inspected October. 2000 and found to be compliant. The location of the future <br />drain field site is located west of the tennis court or the opposite side proposed for the pavilion. <br />U2637.
