The application required variances for <br />hardcover in the 75-250’ zone and structural coverage. <br />The Planning Commission on August 21,2000 voted 6 to 0 recommending denial of the request <br />based on no inherent hardship, the amount of hardcover to increase in the 75-250' zone and structural <br />coverage on the property would increase above the 15% allowed by city ordinance. <br />The applicant has submitted an alternate plan and has requested further review of the application by <br />the Planning Commission. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />The Planning Commission recommended by a 6 to 0 vote to: <br />Deny the application. The Planning Commission cited there was not an inherent hardship and <br />structural lot coverage is over the 15% allowed by City code. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />To send the application back to the Plarming Cormnission for review of the revised plan submitted. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to send the application back to the Planning Commission for review.
